The paper is structured in three parts.
The first section presents the operational situations in the real marketing and types of application; the second part refers to the designing and achievement of qualitative and quantitative marketing research, as types of reports in qualitative research, primary and secondary sources, practical aspects of statistical sampling.
The last part includes case studies on: addressing issues of marketing, cost analysis and profit maximization, systemic approach and logical decision-making in marketing.
The volume is designed schematic, form of slides, black and white and color, in Romanian or in English, in a graphical form which presents information in a meaningful, highly accessible and easy to remember mode.
