Decision support systems

This work aims to present the current properties of decision support systems taking into consideration the evolution of the technological possibilities of electronic communication, collaboration, learning and appropriate data transmission decision process in general, with a broad analysis of the group.
The course is designed for students in master classes of economic cybernetics and informatics field. It is also a good practice for managers with interests in artificial intelligence, knowledge management, data mining, intelligent agents and intelligent systems.
