The book is addressed especially to students of first year in the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, following the pedagogical training module, but is also addressed to all those interested in the topics presented.
Success in any type of activity depends on the degree to which we know ourselfs and we know those people who we establish various relationships with, the presence of competent target effective communication, decision making, critical thinking etc.

The authors underline the idea that all will be somehow educators (teachers) - if not by profession, at least in their own families, and to this aim this volume will help to understand the structure and mechanisms of human mental (psychic).  The volume offers, along with other materials, and a "Portfolio of seminars”, which includes significant texts of the selected bibliography, being a minimum of necessary logistics and reading,  instructive and enjoyable at the same time.
