The application collection proposed by Professor Brezeanu entitled “Le management financier des affaires. Questions generale et  questionnaire a reponses multiples inspires de la pratique financiere” represents the result of an intense documentation made by the author as a result of the need to retouch and reshape the application part of the course on Financial Management of Business, a recommendation that has become mandatory due to the need to give a new and modern orientation of this discipline taught to students at the master's degree, studying in French at the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest.

The first part is devoted to practical aspects that are particularly relevant from the financial practice of corporate financial diagnosis, where key components of financial position and balance analysis, financial performance study, risk diagnosis analysis and interpretation, and rate system analysis are discussed. enterprise.

It is continued with practical aspects of the financial management of the operating cycle as well as with the analysis and interpretation of the financial flows generated at the corporate level.
