General Theory of Law. Synthesis and testing

The book "General Theory of Law. Synthesis and testing" aims to facilitate awareness, understanding and ownership issues legal phenomenon, the law as a whole, in the context of identifying constants legal reality, but also the dynamic elements are apparent today. In the paper are discussed: the concept of law, principles and functions, relationship between law and state branches of law, aimed at identifying key institutions belonging to legal science.
Each chapter contains brief summaries, basic bibliography for deeper material, terms and key words, timing, and verification tests of knowledge (multiple choices, questions, analysis and comparison).
