This handbook is addressed equally to the students of the Faculty of Commerce, also to the managers which already try to control processes within firms according to the pressure of economic environment.
It provides a set of tools that can facilitate decision-making processes and business orientation. These tools are based primarily on the authors' experience in process consulting and decision support in crisis conditions (specific to the current period). The basic idea is that what is simple can be solved easily, and a complicated problem could be reduced to something simpler to be solved.
Compared to the first edition, this is significantly changed.
