Keynes and Interwar German-Speaking Economists

This book concerns various aspects of relations between Keynes and his contemporary German-Speaking Fellows: both scientific and personal relations, reception of Keynes’ contributions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, as well as the development of a group of activists and scientists known as Prekeynesians. It includes an introductory chapter, four chapters, a postface, a chronology and a register of authors.

Based upon documentary sources as well as standard works in the field, the book offers the first approach of this topic in the Romanian literature. It is a useful contribution for students and young research fellows interested in the early reception of Keynes writings.
